2. Global Trans Packers and Movers will use reasonable care to provide the services in a timely and professional manner. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, customs, or other external factors beyond our control may occur.
3. We offer both standard and customized packing and moving services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they choose the appropriate service that meets their needs.
4. Any additional services requested after the initial agreement may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payments

1. Pricing for services is based on factors such as the volume of goods, distance, type of goods, and specific services requested.
2. Quotes provided by Global Trans Packers and Movers are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final charges may vary based on actual service requirements or unforeseen circumstances during the move.
3. Full payment must be made according to the payment terms agreed upon during booking. Any outstanding payments must be settled before the final delivery of goods.
4. For international moves, additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges may apply, and these are the responsibility of the client.

4. Liability and Insurance

1. While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Global Trans Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or third-party negligence.
2. We strongly recommend that clients obtain adequate insurance coverage for their goods. Global Trans Packers and Movers can assist in arranging insurance upon request, but it remains the client’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient coverage is in place.
3. Any claim for damage or loss must be reported in writing to Global Trans Packers and Movers within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will release us from any liability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

1. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, they must notify Global Trans Packers and Movers as soon as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply depending on the timing of the notice. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of booking. Non-refundable deposits may apply to certain services.

6. Goods Not Permitted for Transport

1. Global Trans Packers and Movers do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, firearms, explosives, or any other items prohibited by law.
2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all items provided for transport comply with legal regulations. Any prohibited items found during the move will be removed, and the client may face additional charges or legal consequences.

7. International Moving Services

1. For international moves, the client is responsible for complying with the import/export laws and regulations of the destination country, including customs clearance, duties, and taxes.
2. Global Trans Packers and Movers will provide assistance with customs documentation, but the client must ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

8. Storage Services

1. If storage services are requested, Global Trans Packers and Movers will store the client’s goods in a secure facility. However, the client is responsible for providing an accurate inventory of the items to be stored.
2. Storage charges will be calculated based on the volume of goods and the duration of storage. Any goods left in storage beyond the agreed-upon period may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Trans Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
2. Our liability for any direct loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
